Reut Meier, a certified CPA, Joined ERB as CFO and team manager of professional controllers and bookkeepers.

Reut’s responsibilities include overseeing all financial aspects of the companies she and her team work with, preparation of financial reports, ongoing OCS reporting, and manage complex financial and tax issues.

Reut has over 13 years of experience in audit and reporting of financial statements of global traded Hi-tech companies and technology startups.

Reut has reach experience in M&A’s and Due Diligences processes, SOX procedures management, and preparation of financial statements as a former Corporate Controller at Pointer Telocation Group and a Director of Finance at Cergaon, as well as auditor experience from Ernst&Young.

Reut is an Israeli CPA with a BA in Accounting from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
