She is a graduate of Baruch College, City University of New York with over 20 years’ experience in directing accounting operations. Prior to joining ERB, she held extensive supervisory positions in Corporate Banking and Real Estate Management firms in the heart of NYC. With her leadership experience in monthly audits, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll she is implementing internal controls through systematic, disciplined methods, and maximizing performance results. As a Human Resources Manager for ERB NY, Ruby oversees all HR related matters including talent acquisition, staff development, establishing performance benchmarks, and setting KPIs. Ruby leads by example with excellent communication skills, commitment to client service, and extraordinary work ethic.
